+ Please note prices start at the indicated price list which varies according to hair length, density, texture, condition and stylist experience. Always consult for an estimate.

• For your comfort our scheduling is designed for the time needed to complete all services. Please help us by being on time to ensure we can serve all of our customers with the same commitment to excellence. If you are late, unfortunately, we may possibly have to reschedule your appointment.
• If for any reason you are not satisfied with the service you have received please let us know within 24 hours and we will schedule for an adjustment. The adjustment appointment must be within one week of the original appointment.
• Please note a 24-hour cancellation notice is required for any service. Unfortunately, we have to apply a 50% service charge if you have not given us the required 24-hour notice.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard and Cash only.
• Gratuity cannot be added on any form of payments.
• All prices, services and business operation hours are subject to change without notice.
• If there are no appointments scheduled we may be closing earlier than our regular listed hours.
• Booking some services may require deposit in advance and cannot be refunded. Front desk will inform you during scheduling an appointment.
• Gift certificates cannot be refunded.
• For your protection, please leave valuables at home. We regret that we cannot be responsible  for any loss or damage for personal items.
• For security and training purposes, surveillance cameras may be in use.
• During your visit you must set your cell phones or electronic devices on silent.
